What you authorize when you use the website's forms and how to withdraw each authorization. Permissions are separate: you can grant one and decline another.

Email contact

By submitting the contact, careers or products form, you authorize The Outsider Hub to write to the email address provided about your request: replies, proposals, hiring process steps or the launch notice.

  • We never add anyone to a newsletter without a separate checkbox, which is unchecked by default.
  • Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Résumé storage for 12 months

When you apply, you authorize us to keep your résumé and answers for 12 months, for this position and for future openings with a similar profile.

  • Only the people team and the leaders involved in the hiring have access.
  • After 12 months, the résumé is deleted automatically. Before that, we notify you by email in case you want to renew.
  • You can request deletion before then, at any time.

WhatsApp contact

If you provide a number and check the option I agree to be contacted on WhatsApp, we may contact you there about your request or application.

  • Messages only on business days, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Brasília time.
  • We do not send chain messages, broadcast lists or advertising you did not ask for.
  • To stop, just reply STOP in the conversation.

Use of images in the portfolio

We only show client projects, brands, screens, photos or testimonials in the portfolio with the client's written consent, set out in the contract or in a separate agreement.

  • The client approves the material before publication.
  • Third-party personal data and confidential information never appear.
  • If the client asks for removal, we take the material off the website within 10 business days.

How to withdraw a permission

You can withdraw any permission at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason:

  • Write to privacidade@theoutsiderhub.com stating which permission you want to cancel.
  • Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
  • On WhatsApp, reply STOP.

We handle the request within 15 days. Withdrawal applies from that point on: anything done earlier under a valid permission remains lawful.
