01
Acceptance
These Terms of Use are the rules for using the theoutsiderhub.com website, the chat with Nooi and the website's forms. By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Permissions page. In the Nooi chat and in the forms, your agreement is recorded with the date, time and document version.
02
Who we are and who may use the website
The website is operated by The Outsider Hub LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 64.545.681/0001-56, headquartered at Rua Pais Leme, 215, Suite 1713, Pinheiros, São Paulo, SP, Brazil, ZIP 05424-150. We are a software and artificial intelligence studio that builds custom digital products for businesses.
To submit data through the website, you must have full legal capacity, generally being 18 or older. If you use the website on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to speak for it, and these terms also apply to the company.
03
What the website offers
The website presents The Outsider Hub, our services, products, case studies and job openings, and offers channels to reach us: the chat with Nooi, the contact, application and waitlist forms, plus links to email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
Using the website is free and requires no account or password.
04
Nooi, our virtual assistant
Nooi is an automated virtual assistant, not a person. It asks predefined questions to understand your request and pass it to our team. Therefore:
- Nooi's messages are informational. They are not a commercial proposal, quote, deadline commitment or engagement.
- Our team is who reviews your request and replies.
- When you tap Continue on WhatsApp, you leave the website and start using WhatsApp, a Meta service with its own terms. The ready-made message is only sent if you choose to send it.
05
Rules of use
You may browse, read and share links to the website for personal or professional purposes, lawfully and in good faith. You may not:
- Submit false information, impersonate another person or company, or submit other people's data without authorization.
- Send spam or content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory or infringes third-party rights.
- Upload viruses, malicious code or files other than the requested PDF résumé.
- Try to access systems, databases or restricted areas without authorization, bypass bot protection or rate limits, or test for vulnerabilities outside the rules in the "Responsible disclosure" section.
- Overload or disrupt the website, for example through attacks or mass automated access.
- Copy content automatically (scraping or data mining), including to train artificial intelligence models, without written permission.
We may block access or submissions that break these rules, without prior notice, and take the appropriate legal action.
06
Responsible vulnerability disclosure
If you find a security flaw on the website, tell us at contact@theoutsiderhub.com with the subject Security, describing how to reproduce it. We ask that you:
- Do not access, change, copy or delete other people's data beyond the minimum needed to demonstrate the flaw.
- Do not harm the website's availability or use social engineering against our team.
- Do not disclose the flaw publicly before giving us a reasonable time to fix it.
Anyone who follows these rules in good faith will not face legal action from The Outsider Hub over the reported research.
07
Information you send
When you use Nooi or the forms, you agree to send information that is true, current and that you have the right to share. You authorize us to use this information to handle your request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not send confidential information or trade secrets through the website. The website's channels create no duty of confidentiality beyond what the law and the Privacy Policy provide. When a project requires it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving that kind of information.
- Sending a message creates no obligation to contract for either party.
- Sending an application does not guarantee an interview or a job.
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, pricing or special conditions.
08
Services, pricing and proposals
Descriptions of services, products, timelines and prices on the website are informational. Amounts shown as "starting at" are references for a typical scope and may change based on each project's assessment.
An engagement only exists through an accepted commercial proposal and a contract signed by the parties. These documents set scope, timelines, fees, intellectual property and confidentiality, and prevail over any information on the website.
Results shown in case studies come from specific projects with their own context and do not guarantee the same results in other projects. Products marked "coming soon" may change in scope or date, or may not launch.
09
Intellectual property
The website's text, trademarks, logos, the Nooi character, images, illustrations, videos, layout and code belong to The Outsider Hub or are used with permission. They are protected by Brazil's Copyright Law (Law No. 9,610/1998), Software Law (Law No. 9,609/1998) and Industrial Property Law (Law No. 9,279/1996).
Using the website does not transfer any rights over this content to you. You may quote short excerpts crediting the source and link. Any other use, such as reproducing, modifying, distributing, exploiting commercially or using it to train AI models, requires prior written permission.
Client and partner trademarks and logos belong to their owners and appear with permission. Rights over projects built for clients follow what each contract provides.
10
Third-party links and services
The website contains links and integrations with third-party services, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn and client websites. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. When you use them, their own terms and policies apply.
11
Website availability and changes
We work to keep the website online, secure and accurate, but it may go through maintenance, instability or third-party failures, such as internet and hosting providers. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
12
Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, The Outsider Hub is not liable for:
- Interruptions, delays or errors caused by maintenance, third-party failures, acts of God or force majeure.
- Damage caused by viruses or failures in your own device or connection.
- Content, availability or conduct of third-party websites and services.
- Decisions made solely on the basis of the website's informational content, without a proposal and a contract.
- Lost profits and indirect damages arising from merely using the website.
You are liable for any damage you cause to The Outsider Hub or third parties by breaching these terms or the law.
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or limits rights the law grants you, including under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code, when it applies.
13
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The date at the top of the page shows the version in force. We will announce significant changes on the website. If you keep using the website after an update, the new version applies. If you do not agree, stop using the website.
14
General provisions
- If any clause is found invalid, the others remain in force.
- If we do not enforce a rule in one case, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- These terms create no partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and The Outsider Hub.
- Email and WhatsApp communications about your request are valid between the parties.
- These terms were written in Portuguese. If this English translation differs from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.
15
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, in particular the Civil Code, the Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014), the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018) and, when applicable, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
Before taking any legal action, the parties will try to settle the matter amicably through the contact channels below. The courts of the City of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction, except where the law grants you the right to the courts of your place of residence, as in the case of consumers.
